Raspberry Ice Cream


I love fresh fruit so much I create my own fruity recipes. This ice cream is one of my creations, I hope you enjoy.

Ingredients:

*2 pints fresh raspberries
*½ c sugar
*2 c whipping cream
*1 c half & half

Directions:

1.       In blender puree raspberries

2.       Strain seeds from puree with cheesecloth or sieve

3.       On low heat cook puree with sugar 5-10 min, stirring constantly

4.       Cool mixture before adding to remaining ingredients

5.       Mix thoroughly and freeze.

6.       Freeze 4-6 hours

7.       Serve and enjoy!
